If you cancel your order(s), you will be charged RM50 for gateway fees. We require a cancellation request to be submitted by emailing us at Please provide us your email address and contact number easy for us to do the cancellation.

Return Policy

The following are the policies to be eligible for return requests after receipt of goods:

  1. You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you purchase it.
  2. Items that have been purchased directly from can be eligible for a return. Any EziOwn product purchased through other retailers is not eligible for this policy and must be in accordance to the respective retailers’ returns and refunds policy.
  3. Please ensure all goods are returned in original condition and packaging with all included accessories.
  4. Items are ineligible for a return if the following are applied:
    • Items are physically damaged/broken and not in original condition.
    • Items have been tempered/refurbished or modified in terms of software/hardware.
  5. Customers will be responsible for all shipping charges to return goods to the EziOwn return center.

Refund Policy :

Your refund will be issued once we have received and examined the returned goods at our return centre. Once the returned goods fulfil our return policy, refund will be initiated. Refund will be issued within 7 working days. All the payment will be refunded through bank transfer.
